This most recent trip I was reminded and amazed by our history: fun fact, we were founded and conquered by the Spaniards due to the gold and soil in our land for hundreds of years—I am 65% Spaniard due to this.

Such a fun read! The majority of us, including myself, think we fully know what goes in the fridge, and at times we are doing it wrong! Although putting things in the fridge does ensure longevity, especially for those yummy leftovers, some things are taking up too much space in our fridge that essentially do not need to be in there. #[fridgecleanoutstartsnow]

I was lucky enough to spend a month in #albania this summer with my partner, his family, and my mother - This trip was memorable, filled with so much love, beautiful beaches, delicious food, and lots of sightseeing! Just WOW! I indulged in every moment. I can't wait to be back, as it has become my second home.
