This book offers a fascinating glimpse into Ducasse’s life, from his early days picking vegetables in his childhood garden to his rise through the culinary world and the global legacy he has built by crafting refined dishes from simple ingredients. Ducasse’s philosophy centers on generosity, sharing, and openness to the world, all while honoring ingredients and showcasing their authentic flavors. I was excited to learn he has a restaurant in NYC. I will definitely be checking it out!
