New, old racism in South Africa The racial categories are not gone but "refined" in South Africa. In the Apartheid it was: WHITE - and not WHITE. Today: Larger companies have to employ staff according to the racial quotas. Of course NOT more than 8% WHITES!! But also the percentage of Zulu, Xhosa aso. Quotas in ant-racism are worse than the racism itself. The ANC government claims that using these categories is essential in order to identify and track the progress of Historically Disadvantaged Individuals (HDI) (according to Wikiedia). What exactly do the mean - the ANC? Do they mean the last 30 years they (the ANC) did nothing to help the HDI but focussed on stealing money from ESKOM? Stopp racism! Stopp quotas!!
