What I find interesting is that even though all the evidence seems to be against Erin Patterson, there’s still no clear motive. Why would she kill her in-laws? In my opinion, one possibility is that, with reports she may have tried to poison her ex-husband back in 2021, maybe he was the intended target again, but he just didn’t show up to the lunch. So many questions still unanswered.
