STOP EVERYTHING ✋🏼 I have found the best fried chicken in Sydney. Joy Fried Chicken in Chippendale are a mom & pop corner chicken shop, no frills interior and a small menu but that fried chicken is all you need. Every piece was juicy on the inside and super crunchy on the outside because of their thrice fried method... OH! and you know, the owner/chef is also a fine dining kitchen alum with Aria, Rockpool and Quay (just to name a few) under his belt. They have 5 sauces to coat the fried chicken in but you can ask for it on the side and you can get boneless chicken breast, if that's your thing. All the birds come with pickles, slaw and a beaming smile from the chef.
