<h3 style="margin-left:0px;">IPO Capital was the first of Mayfair 101's debt instrument offerings made by IPO Capital Pty Ltd and Eleuthera Group Pty Ltd</h3><p style="margin-left:0px;">Private lenders were offered the opportunity to advance capital in exchange for a fixed interest rate.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;">Monies raised enabled Mayfair 101 to scale its operations and investments, including making investments in companies such as Liven and Accloud.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;">Interest payments to IPO Capital's lenders were resumed in February 2024, nearly 4-years after they were suspended.</p><p style="margin-left:0px;">Mayfair 101 is working toward further improving its liquidity position to facilitate principal payments as soon as possible.&nbsp;</p>
