Noteholders invited to vote on removing receivers
Mayfair 101's lawyers circulate forms to M Core noteholders to obtain their written instructions to direct the security trustee to remove receivers after Mayfair 101 identified they were invalidly appointed. A majority of noteholders (>50%) by way of value is required for the noteholder directions to be enforceable.

PAG appoints receivers
PAG, the security trustee of the M Core notes, appoints receivers over 15 Mayfair trusts. This action was taken by PAG despite no noteholder directing the trustee to do so.

Napla appointed McGrathNicol as receivers and managers of 119 properties in Mission Beach worth approximately $50 million to recover the $14.2 million facility.

ASIC applies to wind up M101 Nominees Pty Ltd
ASIC applies to the court on an ex parte basis (i.e. without Mayfair 10 present or on notice of the hearing) to wind up M101 Nominees Pty Ltd. Injunctions are obtained against Mr Mawhinney including interim bans from: leaving the country dealing in financial products dealing in various assets own by Mayfair 101
