Here's a puzzle that I've been trying to work out for five years but firstly what country do you think I live in? This country has an independent organisation whose purpose is to regulate the business community to make sure business abides by government legislation and our taxes no doubt contribute to their running costs. My son who was running a lawful successful business, with no complaints from clients, had his business closed down without so much as a phone call from this Regulatory Organisation. No warning, no phone call, nothing to say they were dissatisfied with his business. A double whammy; not only was his business forced to cease operating, it was Covid lockdown and his partner having given birth was in intensive care for a week. In this country I've come to realise that the judicial system is one in which you are considered guilty until proven innocent. Amidst the turmoil of the pandemic, the pressure of life changing situations, not being in a position to defend himself or represent his clients, this regulatory organisation made it their goal to totally derail his life so treated him as a criminal. They took his passport and I believe disallowed my newborn grandchild to travel overseas. With the unyielding pressure of this regulatory organisation and dishonest associates my son and daughter in law 'to be' lost nearly everything, their family home, car, personal memorabilia, clothing as well as engagement and baby gifts. It is no surprise to many people that the behaviour of this regulatory organisation has been under a senate inquiry. In this country you are able to view parliamentary sessions on television. I was shocked when an employee in a senior position in this regulatory organisation withheld the truth when asked about the situation with my sons company. Her words were chosen so that the organisation she works for and being investigated, looked like they were acting lawfully. The Supreme Court ruled that my sons company had not been treated with judicial fairness! That is an understatement. This regulatory body appears to be sparing no expense (taxpayers money?) to fulfill their aim.
