Motherhood has a way of holding up a mirror to parts of yourself you thought were long buried. The way your child reacts, the way they express emotions, the moments they trigger something deep inside you. And the hardest truth? You can’t run from it. You have to face it.

My daughter has shown me parts of myself I didn’t even realise needed healing. The moments I feel impatient, frustrated, or overwhelmed are the same moments that teach me the most. I remind myself that, just like my daughter, people are acting from their own experiences, their own emotions, their own unhealed wounds.
