Appeal a decision
If Media.com has taken action on your content, account, profile or organization, you can ask us to review the decision again.
Appeals are considered against the policies and information relevant to the original decision, together with any additional context you provide.
When you can appeal
You can submit an appeal if Media.com has made a decision affecting your content, publishing access, profile, organization, verification status or account.
What can be appealed?
Content decisions
Removal, restriction or other action involving a post, article, video, Response, comment, statement or other published content.
Account decisions
Suspension, restriction, publishing limitations or other account-level action.
Profile or organization decisions
Action affecting an individual profile, organization profile or Newsroom.
Identity or verification decisions
Decisions relating to verification, identity, representative authority or eligibility to publish.
Other enforcement decisions
Another action taken by Media.com under its rules or policies.
Before you appeal
An appeal is most useful when you can explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered, or provide information that may not have been available during the original review.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed. Please do not submit multiple appeals about the same decision unless Media.com asks you for further information.
Submit an appeal
Tell us which decision you would like us to review and why.
