I have gotten into ethnic cooking in the last year and a half or so - tonight I tried my hand at chicken tikka masala with garlic naan - it was my first Indian cooking experience. My favorite hotel in Paris is three blocks from what is named year after year, the best Indian restaurant in Paris - they know me by name and face there...and I live in NYC lol.
