AI can adapt tests in real-time based on user behavior, ensuring that each test is relevant and tailored to the individual’s unique interactions. This personalization leads to more meaningful insights and helps us better understand the diverse needs of our users. For example: In Qualtrics and Survey Monkey, if a user struggles with a particular feature during a test, the AI can immediately present follow-up questions tailored to that experience, such as asking for specific feedback on what was confusing or difficult.&nbsp;Natural Language Processing (NLP)AI’s advancements in natural language processing (NLP) offer exciting possibilities for usability research. NLP can analyze user feedback from various sources, including surveys, reviews, and social media, to identify common themes and sentiments.
