Adult Sexual Abuse Rules of Engagement
Introduction
At Media.com, we are deeply committed to protecting our users from sexual abuse and the sharing of non-consensual intimate images. We understand the serious violation this represents and will take immediate action to ensure user safety and privacy.
Prohibited Content
The following behaviors are not allowed on Media.com:
- Sharing intimate images or videos: Posting or sharing intimate content without the consent of the person involved.
- Sexual abuse content: Sharing hidden camera footage, upskirt images, or any non-consensual sexual content.
- Content that violates local laws: Posting anything filmed or photographed illegally.
- Offering incentives for intimate images: Asking for or offering rewards in exchange for intimate images or videos.
- Blackmail: Any behavior involving threats or coercion to obtain sexual content.
Exceptions
There are limited exceptions where content may be allowed, including:
- Consensual adult content: Adult content that has been consensually produced and is clearly marked as sensitive.
- Educational or documentary content: Content shared for educational or awareness purposes, provided it has appropriate context and sensitivity.
How to Report Violations
If you find content that violates this policy:
- Registered users: Use the "Report" feature on Media.com to flag the content.

Enforcement Actions
If Media.com determines that a user has violated this policy, we may take the following actions:
- Issue a warning to the user.
- Temporarily suspend the user’s account.
- Permanently block the user’s account.
- Take proactive steps to prevent the distribution of the offending content.
Appeals
If your account is suspended or blocked under this policy, you have the right to appeal. Appeals may be considered if the content was mistakenly removed or the account was wrongly suspended.
Transparent Communication
If we take action on flagged content, we will notify the user(s) involved and provide clear information about the decision and next steps.
Working with Law Enforcement
We are dedicated to user safety and privacy. If necessary, we may share information with law enforcement to address violations related to sexual abuse or non-consensual imagery, in line with our Law Enforcement Liaison Procedure.
