How We Approach High Risk Users

Maintaining a safe and respectful community for all users is at the forefront of our goals. This guide explains our policies on high-risk users, who may pose a threat to our platform or others.

How We Approach High Risk Users Rules of Engagement

Protecting users from harm

Protecting our users from harmful behavior, including threats, violence, and illegal activities is critical. We will take action against users or organizations involved in criminal acts, fraud, or promoting dangerous activities on Media.com. This includes groups like crime syndicates, cybercriminals, and individuals who aim to harm others.

Media.com uses Stripe to process payments, so all users must also follow Stripe’s rules for prohibited activities, especially those involving high-risk countries or individuals banned by United States, United Kingdom, European Union or United Nations sanctions.

We do not allow content that promotes or threatens criminal activity. If we believe a user or group is using Media.com in a manner which poses a threat to others, we will take swift action to prevent harm.
